Nancy has lived in the Northwest for 30 years. She has always loved working with and serving people. Service is her biggest motivator and joy in life. Nancy was a coach with the downhill ski team for Special Olympics in Seattle for many years. She also spent years in the public schools serving the students, teachers and administrators in technology.

When she combined her other traits of diligence, flexibility, loyalty and honesty with her love of people and her technical interest, she came up with Real Estate as the perfect fit for her career. She is now in her 8th year of serving you by utilizing all available technologies to better help you sell your home and/or find your new one. Nancy accomplishes just that!

Nancy and her husband, Mel, have also worked on the real estate investment side. Their love is finding older homes in need of restoring, rehabbing them and then selling them. "We have been very involved with the real estate investors community in Portland, as well as a network of investors across the United States." She goes on to say, "There is often an interesting area of intersection between the residential clients and the investment clients. My understanding of both helps me use all aspects of real estate to bring about a WIN-WIN situation for all." We are blessed to have Nancy and her experience in our office at Summa Downtown.
